Akan tetapi, keberadaan para PK-5 ini ternyata membawa dampak positif dan negatif dimana pedagang kaki lima ini bisa menjadi pilihan tempat bekerja yang sangat luas dan di lain pihak keindahan dan ketertiban di lingkungan kota terutama sekitar aloon-aloon menjadi terganggu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Sedangkan hasil perhitungan analisis sensifitas baik usahatani salak pondoh pada perubahan kenaikan biaya produksi sebesar 50%, penurunan harga jual sebesar 50%, maupun kenaikan biaya produksi yang dibarengi penurunan produksi akibat serangan hama sebesar 50% ternyata masih menghasilkan keuntungan serta layak untuk tetap dikembangkan lebih lanjut.
