Sampel penelitian 26 orang, menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar dari responden (61%) memiliki status kesehatan reproduksi Normal, sebagian kecil dari responden memiliki penyakit kesehtaan reproduksi kista ovarium (11%) dengan kriteria Moderately(++) dan sebagian kecil responden (6%) memiliki penyakit kesehatan reproduksi kanker serivik dengan kriteria Mildly(+) dan vaginitis dalam criteria Moderately(++). Yang di latar belakangi oleh usia, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anak. Semakin tinggi pendidikan dari responden maka Pengetahuan pun akan semakin baik tentang kesehatan reproduksi akan memberikan wawasan dalam menerapkan peran kehidupan perempuan. usia responden sebagian besar 30-36 tahun maka sangat rentan terhadap penyakit reproduksi di tambah lagi perempuan yang sudah menikah maka resiko tertularnya penyakit dari pasangan pun akan semakin besar terhadap penyakit reproduksi. Serta responden berisiko tinggi mengidap kanker indung telur (kista ovarium) salah satunya bila tidak memiliki anak. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan tentang efek buruk pada kecemasan adalah pendidikan (p = 0,001), pengalaman (p = 0,031), pendidikan (p = 0,000). Sedangkan faktor pengetahuan yang memiliki pengaruh bersama kecemasan adalah pendidikan (p = 0,025 dengan Exp (B) 4, 171), pengalaman (p = 0,001 dengan Exp (B) 30, 200) dan ekstensi (p = 0,000 Exp (B) 32 253) . Sampel penelitian sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi 36 orang, menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruh responden (64%) memliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang tanda dan bahaya kehamilan dan sebagian besar responden (56%) memiliki sikap positif tentang tanda dan bahaya kehamilan. Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan sikap tentang tanda dan bahaya kehamilan trimester III diantaranya adalah pendidikan, usia dan pekerjaan.
