Pemilu di  Indonesia  dipandang  juga  sebagai  wahana  pendidikan  politik  yang&#13;
dapat dipakai sebagai indikator sampai seberapa jauh tingkat  partisipasi  masyarakat dibidang  politik.  Pendidikan   politik  yang  dimaksudkan  meliputi   sedikit  banyaknya informasi    masalah-masalah    kenegaraan   yang   diterima    masyarakat.Selanjutnya, pendidikan  politik  yang  diterima  oleh  masyarakat  melalui  dua  cara  penyampaian, implisit    dan   eksplisit.      Penelitian    yang      digunakan    adalah     tipe    penelitian deskriptif kualitatif   dan mengambil  lokasi  di  kabupaten Tulungagung.   Penelitian  ini akan  meneliti   tentang  bagimana  sosialisasi   politik  untuk  meningkatkan  kesadaran masyarakat dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan sosialisasi politik di kabupaten Tulungagung.&#13;

                <text>Abstract. The Revolution of Industry 4.0 (IR 4.0) brings a new stimulus to educational system in Indonesia and causes education transformation. Technology used in education field is a segment of education 4.0 that can train students to improve their learning achievement. The process of teaching learning to achieve this goal is started from the teachers’ awareness of digital literacy. Lecturers as teachers or educator in higher education play a crucial role in their students' lives. Unfortunately, the motivation of lecturers to participate in teacher professional development program is still low. In fact, participating in the program support their professional development process. This study aims to explore how teachers’ awareness of digital literacy support their work in conducting three principles of higher education teachers. This exploration was determined from literature review and analysis of policy documents. The finding shows that digital literacy and teachers' professional development in education 4.0 impact the teachers to have their professional jobs well done. Digital literacy can be implemented into numerous aspects. It is very practical and gives benefit for teachers as a professional lecturer to do Indonesia's three principles of higher education. Indonesian government must support developing good quality teachers since good education is the most crucial tool to solve various problems. Teachers as lifelong learners must maintain their professional development (PD) to face challenges in education 4.0. &#13;

A: his research investigated vocabulary,  grammar and function of English which could work well as a means of conducting: 1) the application of instruction (students’ physical behaviors, giving orders or tasks), 2) the science instruction (imparting theories, the concepts, facts and information) and 3) vocabulary instruction (helping the students understand vocabulary).  The research found three kinds of word used by the teachers namely: 1) High Frequency General Words, 2) Non Specialized Academic Words and 3) the Specialized Content Area Words. The category 1) were used for social function to build interpersonal communications, direct the students’ physical behaviors and give the orders or the tasks. The category (2) and (3) were used  in  the  area of academic  function  specifically   to  conduct  the science  instruction (explanations, descriptions, comparisons, assessments, clarifications,  paraphrasing, directing &#13;
instructions, and behaviors). Four  sentence patterns (declarative,  interrogative,  imperative and exclamatory)  were used for the application of instruction such as greeting, leave-takings, appreciating the students’ works, directing the students’ behaviors and the students to do the tasks. In  the context of  science  instruction,  the declarative were  used for explanations, descriptions, comparisons, clarifications  and paraphrasing. Assessing the students’ knowledge and doing the clarifications  used interrogative sentences. The imperative sentences were used for directing the instructions and the students’ behaviors. The exclamatory  sentences were used to express the teachers’ excitements, admiration or angers. The Noun-Phrase patterns with past-tense and non-past tense and its transformation forms were employed.&#13;

There are two important aspects related with the building of motivation to learn English. The first deals with the motivation to gaining the knowledge of English in the context of social-educational.(classroom-learning context). The second relates to preactional, actional and post-actional motivation. The later aspect of motivation asserts that the individual perception of the task, atmosphere, the course content, materials, facilities, personal characteristic of students the roles of the teacher  influence the individual’s classroom learning motivation. &#13;
